AFA-1448 agent de nivellement pour peinture

AFA-1448 leveling agent for paint is mainly composed of polyether siloxane copolymer, which is an oil-based low-foam leveling agent for solvent-based and solvent-free (two-component) formulations.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES:

In addition to leveling, it also has additional defoaming effect, it has good recoating property, improved fluidity, smoothness,  excellent anti-shrinkage hole effect and anti-adhesion/peeling effect.

 CANDIDATURES :

AFA-1448 levelling agent is used in amine/amide curing epoxy coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, industrial coatings, wood and furniture coatings, etc.

 LA PROCÉDURE DE CANDIDATURE :

Pre-dilution or supply form can be added directly to the coating system; Pre-dilution with the recommended solvent will facilitate addition and mixing.

Amine/amide cured epoxy coatings (0.05-1.0%), wood and furniture coatings (0.05-0.5%), industrial coatings (0.05-0.3%), anti-corrosion coatings (0.05-0.3%).

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life for this kind leveling agent is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
