AFA-1448 agente livellante per verniciatura

AFA-1448 leveling agent for paint is mainly composed of polyether siloxane copolymer, which is an oil-based low-foam leveling agent for solvent-based and solvent-free (two-component) formulations.

CARATTERISTICHE:

In addition to leveling, it also has additional defoaming effect, it has good recoating property, improved fluidity, smoothness,  excellent anti-shrinkage hole effect and anti-adhesion/peeling effect.

 APPLICAZIONES:

AFA-1448 levelling agent is used in amine/amide curing epoxy coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, industrial coatings, wood and furniture coatings, etc.

 PROCESSO DI CANDIDATURA:

Pre-dilution or supply form can be added directly to the coating system; Pre-dilution with the recommended solvent will facilitate addition and mixing.

Amine/amide cured epoxy coatings (0.05-1.0%), wood and furniture coatings (0.05-0.5%), industrial coatings (0.05-0.3%), anti-corrosion coatings (0.05-0.3%).

I livelli sopra raccomandati possono essere utilizzati a titolo orientativo. I livelli ottimali vengono determinati attraverso una serie di test di laboratorio.
