AFA-002 fatty alcohol defoamer is composed of various defoaming compound enhancers, polyethers, fatty acid ethers, and other substances, and has strong defoaming and anti foaming functions. Free of mineral and hydrocarbon substances, beneficial for environmental protection, good compatibility with foaming media, and stable performance during storage.

The main characteristics of AFA-002 fatty alcohol defoamer are: good water solubility, oil-free, good defoaming effect, and good anti foaming effect.
1) It can effectively eliminate the surface foam of the papermaking white water system containing modified starch, and can also quickly remove the micro bubbles adsorbed on the fiber in the water.
2) Eliminate foam in water containing polyacrylamide retention aid system.
3) Suitable for defoaming cationic rosin gum system.
4) Suitable for papermaking coating, coating glue, water-based color paste and other systems.
5) Suitable for white water systems such as facial tissue paper, cultural paper (carbonless paper, specialty paper, copperplate paper), etc.

Procesi i përdorimit
The recommended dosage for white water is usually 50-1000 g per ton of finished product, while for slurry, it is generally recommended to add 0.1-0.3%. The optimal dosage should be determined by the user based on specific circumstances. Defoamers can be used directly or diluted. If it can be thoroughly stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution.
