Kenmerken en toepassingsgebieden
\nAFA-002 vetalcohol ontschuimer is samengesteld uit verschillende antischuimmiddelen, polyethers, vetzuurethers en andere stoffen, en heeft een sterke antischuimfunctie. Vrij van minerale en koolwaterstofverbindingen, gunstig voor milieubescherming, goede compatibiliteit met schuimmiddelen en stabiele prestaties tijdens opslag.<\/p>\n
De belangrijkste kenmerken van AFA-002 vetalcoholschuimer zijn: goede oplosbaarheid in water, olievrij, goede schuimwerking en goede schuimwerende werking.
\n1) Het kan het oppervlakteschuim van het witwatersysteem voor papierfabricage dat gemodificeerd zetmeel bevat effectief elimineren en kan ook de microbelletjes die aan de vezel in het water zijn geadsorbeerd snel verwijderen.
\n2) Elimineer schuim in water dat polyacrylamide retentiehulpsysteem bevat.
\n3) Geschikt voor het schuimvrij maken van kationische colofoniumsystemen.
\n4) Geschikt voor papiercoating, coatinglijm, kleurpasta op waterbasis en andere systemen.
\n5) Geschikt voor witwatersystemen zoals gezichtstissuepapier, cultureel papier (zelfkopi\u00ebrend papier, speciaal papier, koperpapier), enz.<\/p>\n
Gebruiksproces
\nDe aanbevolen dosering voor wit water is meestal 50-1000 g per ton eindproduct, terwijl voor slurry over het algemeen wordt aanbevolen om 0,1-0,3% toe te voegen. De optimale dosering moet door de gebruiker worden bepaald op basis van specifieke omstandigheden. Ontschuimers kunnen direct of verdund worden gebruikt. Als het grondig geroerd en gedispergeerd kan worden in het schuimsysteem, kan het direct toegevoegd worden zonder verdunning.<\/p>\n
