4410 is a general-purpose high-efficiency antifoam for wastewater treatment synthesized from special foam breakers, silicone polyethers, emulsifiers and stabilizers.

ФУНКЦИИ:

4410 can maintain a good defoaming and defoaming effect at a relatively low concentration. It has good compatibility, high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, fast defoaming speed, good stability, easy dispersion in water, no floating, small dosage, fast defoaming, long defoaming time. It will not react with the slurry to affect the quality of the product.

ЗАЯВЛЕНИЕS:

4410 is particularly suitable for antifoam water treatment with high viscosity and strong defoaming power. It is suitable for various water-based systems such as papermaking and pulping black liquor, adhesives, textile slurry,defoamer water treatment, circuit boards,defoamer for wastewater treatment, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

4410 has excellent defoaming and antifoaming properties. It can be added after the foam is generated or added to the product as anti foaming agent for water. According to different use systems, the amount of defoamer added is 0.1-0.3%. The best amount is determined by the customer based on specific test conditions. The product can be diluted with low-viscosity thickening water before use.

25kg/ 50kg/ 200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank. Customization is available upon request.

ЖИВОТ НА РАФТА:

4410 is suitable for storage at 10~30℃. Do not place near heat sources or expose to the sun. Do not add acid, alkali, salt or other substances to this product. Store this kind defoamer according to the general chemical storage method. After use, keep this kind defoamers sealed to avoid deterioration. Under the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging conditions, the shelf life is one year from the date of production.
